These terms govern your use of the Nova Thera website, booking, shop, and membership platform ("the platform"), operated by Nova Thera in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Booking an appointment, purchasing from our shop, and subscribing to a membership require an account. Accounts are managed through our authentication provider, Better Auth. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Bookings and cancellations
You may book a clinical service or wellness appointment through the booking wizard, for yourself or on behalf of a family member you add to your account. Cancellation terms, including any notice period or fee, are confirmed to you at the time you book — refer to the details shown during booking and in your booking confirmation.
Pricing and taxes
All prices on the platform are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are added at checkout or at the time of booking.
Shop orders and shipping
Our shop is a retail service separate from bookings. When you place an order, we process payment and arrange shipment to the address you provide, and send order and shipping notifications by email.
Memberships
A Nova Thera membership is a recurring monthly subscription, billed through our payment processor, Stripe, that grants member pricing on services.

Nothing on this website or platform constitutes medical advice. Our services do not replace assessment, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.
Intellectual property
The Nova Thera name, logo, and the content published on this platform belong to Nova Thera or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Thera is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
